Glasses that break or if found to have a production (manufacturer's) defect can be returned within 30 days of purchase for replacement or credit.

Please Note: If you sit on them and they break, or you drop them and they break, or if the dog chews on them and they get scratched; this is not considered a manufacturer's defect. Please don't expect us to replace glasses that through abuse have broken. At our price points, we are unable. Sorry.

Tell us why you’re returning the item. If you want an exchange, please write the model, color, and strength of glasses you want in the “comments” area.

Pack your return
Use the original shipping box and packing material that your glasses came in. It's designed perfectly for safe shipping back to us. On exchanges the glasses should be returned in original packaging.

Ship your return
Customer is responsible for return postage.
