90 Day No Hassle Return Policy

Not loving your newest pair of Peepers? Picked the wrong strength and need to exchange? Good news! You have 90 days from your time of purchase to send back your glasses for return/exchange.

*All items returned must be in their original condition.

Run into an issue with a broken or defective item? Please contact our team right away by email ( or by phone (800.348.2508).

*We are unable to offer refunds/no charge replacements for accidental damage or normal wear of product by the customer.

Note: Full refund applies to the full product price, shipping fees not included. If you use the return label on your invoice, you will be charged a $3.95 return shipping fee.

Please download the return form here (you will be responsible for return postage).


Use the original shipping box and packing materials that your glasses came in. It’s designed perfectly for safe shipping back to us! Use the prepaid label found on the return paperwork enclosed with your package. (Note: There is a $3.95 charge for using this shipping label). If that label has been thrown away, then the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend USPS as the most cost effective return shipping method.

3. Ship the box back to us via USPS, FedEx, or UPS

If you are using the peel off shipping label, simply put the return into your mailbox to be shipped back. If you are shipping it back on your own, go to your nearest post office or shipping location ship the box back to us.

International Returns

International customers can download the international return form here. International customers are responsible for their own return postage.


You can exchange items from your purchase within 90 days of the purchase date. Product must be in resale condition and include the free case. To complete an exchange, follow the three easy steps listed above. Note: When making an exchange there will not be a charge for using our supplied peel off shipping label.

Upon Arrival:

The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. ALL returns must be in resalable condition with the coordinating case. No credit will be given if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage and wear caused by customer. (This means when your dog decides to taste test them or you get hair color all over them – we will not be able to replace/repair them).

Once our warehouse receives your return, we do our best to quickly process it! Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
