Return Policy

 

Money Back Guarantee & No Hassle Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date, as long as the purchase shows no signs of use. All returns must be in original condition.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your order back to us. Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions. The process is as follows:

1.) Complete The Return Form (Included with purchase):
If you have misplaced the return form, simply send us an e-mail at peeps@peeperspecs.com and we can e-mail /fax you a copy. Tell us why you’re returning the item and if you would like to exchange them for another pair or receive a refund. If you elect to exchange for another pair, please let us know the model, color and strength of the new pair you would like in the “comments” area.

2.) Pack Your Return
Use the original shipping box and packing material your glasses came in. It's designed perfectly for safe shipping back to us.

3.) Ship Us Your Return
Customers are responsible for the return postage. We will pick up the return freight if the product arrives damaged or is found to have a manufacturer defect within 30 days of arrival.


Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, any UPS shipment methods, or USPS First Class or Priority International Mail (International orders), or shipping charges incurred upon returning the merchandise.  This also includes orders that originally qualified for free freight. If your return falls below our free freight cut off of $42 your credit will be less our standard USPS First Class freight charge of $4.99.

Upon Arrival:

The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in resalable condition and all original packaging (including invoice & free case if provided) must be in place for full credit to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. Credits normally take 5 to 7 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges
You can exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. All product exchanges should include the original invoice and be mailed to the address provided with your RMA number. Please ensure you specify the style, color and strength you would like to exchange your reading glasses for so we can place the new pair on hold for you.

No exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Exchanges will ship out as soon as we receive the original order.
